Hi, I’m Diana!
I’ve been fascinated by our human body from a young age. As a naturally shy and sensitive child , my interest in energy, exploring and intuition was quieted by an idea that I '“should” excel in school and focus on more “logical” studies.
Since childhood, I struggled with chronic Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and anxiety, finding little support from doctors. Frustrated by the conventional advice of just “eat more fiber” and “relax,” I recognized that the conventional approach failed to address the real issues—the root causes and the important connection between our nervous system, energetics and diet. Driven to improve my health, I immersed myself in holistic medicine, experimenting with different methods.
Over 25 years in the healthcare industry, I’ve also become certified in multiple holistic disciplines, empowering others through an integrative approach to wellness that nurtures both body and spirit.
